THE FINGER TRICK FOR 9S

Hold up 10 fingers. To find 9 × 4, put down finger number 4. Left of the gap: 3 fingers. Right of the gap: 6 fingers. Answer: 36! This works for 9 × 1 all the way to 9 × 10.
