MILLILITRES AND LITRES

Capacity measures how much liquid a container can hold. Millilitres (ml) are for small amounts like a spoon of medicine. Litres (l) are for larger amounts like a bottle of water. Key fact: 1 litre = 1000 ml.

11 litre = 1000 millilitres
= 1000
